Setting up a new business can be daunting, but our mentors are here to help. We provide support to businesswomen to register a new business and ensure they have everything they need to get started. We have supported women in setting up home-based businesses and developing their entrepreneurial skills.
We provide workshops with leading businesswomen across topics such as digital marketing, Start-up sessions, Online safety.
Around 58% of the women we support want to establish their own business based on their unique identities. Through our mentoring and volunteer placements, we have helped 48% of women to develop business ideas and businesses. Jean – was able to set up her own business through her role
We want an increase in the number of BAME women in business, break barriers and increase visibility. In the UK only 2% of startup funding goes to female-only founding teams.
